How do credits work?

When you pay for a service, your credits are used first automatically. If the credits do not cover the full cost, the remaining amount is charged from your selected payment method.

Does the discount apply even if I run out of credits?

Yes, the discount is valid as long as your subscription is active.

Will I lose my credits if I cancel my subscription?

No, you can still use your credits even after canceling the subscription, but you will no longer have the discount.

I have run out of credits, can I top up more?

There is no option to top up credits separately, but you can easily pay without credits. If you have an active subscription, your discount still applies.
