Carl-Henric Svanberg has been hailed as one of Sweden's, and the world's, best business leaders. He has created success at large companies such as ASSA ABLOY, Ericsson and most recently at Volvo. As a young man, he was for a long time deeply focused on his studies and sports, but in his teens he engages with the Scouts, within which he continued to be active for 17 years.
