Yes, each top-up is valid for 12 months

Is a monthly top-up required to use Yepstr?

No, you can use Yepstr without it.

Can unused balance be refunded?

You can get a refund within 14 days of each transaction, provided that no payment has been made between the top-up and the refund request. To request a refund, please contact customer service.

Is there any binding period?

No, you can cancel anytime

My Yepstr wallet is empty, can I top-up more?

It is not possible to top up lump sums, but you can continue paying as normal and your discount will still apply.

What happens to my wallet balance if I cancel my monthly top-up?

You keep your balance, but you will no longer have a discount.
